Disbursements On A Sale
Estate agent's fees as agreed and Land Registry Office Copy Entries starting from £6.00 + vat approximately (this depends upon the number of documents required).
Charges may also be made by managing agents in flats or freehold estates for the provision of information on service charges. These fees are outside of our control.
